Gamble 4 Sunrise Shots

After much shooting learning and fun. Ben was very eager to have some sunrise shots tomorrow morning (26th Oct 2008). Since these few days, we were having rains every morning, but that couldn't stopped us from going out. Five of us will be going to marina port beside penang bridge, if any other members interested to follow, please meet us at below the 1st flyover infront of E-Gate 6:15AM.

Penang Floral Festival 2008

The Penang International Floral Festival 2008 will be held from 29th Nov to 7th Dec 2008 at the historic 124 years old Penang Botanic Gardens. This annual festival held successfully since 1991, has established itself as a premier Penang tourism event. PGN Nikon will attend this wonderful festival. Thousands of flowers, bonsai, insects waiting for you to snaps. Go on, explore your skills.

For the 29th (Sat) outing, we have invited some student and part-time model for photograph shooting and after the model shoots, we can continue with children drawing competition closeby. Update: Outdoor Modeling is only for registered members and the crowd amount is limited to only 15 pax. Those who didn't register with me and turn up on the day for outdoor modeling will not be entertained. Please take note that you have to behave yourself to be our member.

Penang Bridge International Marathon 2008

PGN Nikon has obtained 6 permits for covering the marathon event. Our purpose are not to participate in the marathon but to snap gorgeous photos which the chance only comes once a year. We rarely have a chance to stand in the middle of Penang Bridge and not to mentioned taking sunrise shots from the middle of Penang Bridge. Registration for 6 permits is closed.

Ming Xing Primary School Food Fair

PGN Nikon current members, Henson Quek, Ben JK Chong were invited by LH Tan to Ming Xing Primary School Food Fair and voulanteerly helping the school to raise funds through the event.
